Obituary of Donald Robinson

Mr. Donald Vaughn Robinson was born in Wards Creek on February 18, 1933; he was the son of the late James and Sarah (Virtue) Robinson.

Donald was a hard working man. Not only was he self employed, but worked for the Department of Public Works, Glendale Mobile Homes and Massey Ferguson over the years. He was never idle long and especially loved to spend time in his garden. He was also a member of the Sussex Baptist Church for many years.

He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

He will live on in the hearts of his loving wife of 50 years, Elsie (Osbourne) Robinson; his sister-in-law, Hazel Rodgers; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his brothers: Murray, Noble and Alexander Robinson and by his sisters: Mona McDonald, Mary Ryan, Edith Armstrong, Myrna Cook, Glenna Starkey, Alice Robinson, Dolly Patton, Lillian Martin and Eurilla Hawkes.

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Mr. Donald Vaughn Robinson of Lower Cove, who passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on January 5, 2018 at the age of 84.
